Greetings!
The Montreat Worship & Music conference is open to all ages from rising 4th graders to adults.  Please use a separate registration form for each individual.  The conference brochure should answer any questions you may have regarding registration, but for those of you who are first-time conferees, please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding registration for the conference, registration for Montreat Clubs, or any other questions you may have.

You may register one of two ways:
1)  Download and complete the registration form.  Include your credit card information or attach your personal check for payment in full.
2)  Registration forms are also available in the wall rack outside the choir room.  Include your credit card information or attach your personal check for payment in full. 

All completed forms / payments should be turned in to Alicia Ward or placed in her staff mailbox.

In addition to the registration form, each individual who will be attending Montreat (conferees and club participants) must complete a Permission for Participation / Transportation / Medical Treatment form.

I hope to see many smiling faces at Montreat this year, returning conferees and newcomers alike, and I look forward to two wonderful weeks of worship, learning, and fellowship with you all!
