How do I reserve the chapel for our wedding?

Please contact the church office at 770-813-9009. Please note that we have three requirements that must be met before the date can be confirmed on the calendar. Please refer to our Wedding Manual for specific details.

The following days and weekends surrounding these holidays are not available for weddings: New Year's Day, Holy Week, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (including the Friday after Thanksgiving), Christmas Eve, Christmas and the week between Christmas and New Year's.

May I reserve the chapel if I'm not a member of JCPC?

Yes; however there are some scheduling restrictions for non-members and a non-refundable deposit of $400 will be required. Other rental fees apply. Please download our Wedding Manual below for a breakdown of fees.

I wish to have a relative, friend, or my family pastor officiate the wedding. Is this allowed?

Guest ministers from another Presbyterian USA church or other Christian denominations may, at the discretion and invitation of the senior pastor and approval of the session of Johns Creek Presbyterian Church.

Do you have wedding coordinators? May I use my own?

Yes! We offer one lead and one assistant to guide you through the process and answer your questions. You may invite an independent coordinator to assist you; however, he or she may not participate in the rehearsal, wedding, or other activities within the church facilities, except by invitation from the senior pastor and the JCPC lead wedding coordinator.

Is there a set Order of Worship for the Wedding Ceremony or may we choose some elements?

Upon scheduling the wedding date with our church office, the bridal couple will arrange a meeting with the director of music and the senior pastor to discuss the worship order, musical selections, inclusion of any soloists and questions.

Are photography and videography allowed during the service?

Yes, but only by the official wedding photographer. We have compiled a set of rules, guidelines, and recommendations for your review.
