Fall Schedule
Sunday School | Through December 18 | 9:30 a.m.
Adult Sunday School (Small Dining Room): Beginning on November 27, you're invited to experience a Holy Disruption! This book by author Tracy S. Daub presents a fresh understanding of the holiness of Christmas grounded, not in a conventional cozy Christmas message, but through Mark's disquieting gospel which invites its readers to experience God's disruptive but transformative love for us and our world.
Children's Sunday School (Room 107): Christian Educators continue to lead children through the Follow Me program from the PCUSA. The program includes a set of practices that can support faithful living. Each practice is discussed over a 4-to-6 week timeframe using bible stories, arts & crafts, games, and music.
Sunday Worship | Through December 18 | 10:30 a.m.
This week, Rev. Steven Barnes will deliver a sermon titled, We Are Worth a Try. The Old Testament Scripture reading will be Isaiah 55:10-13 and the New Testament Scripture reading will be Matthew 13: 1-9 and 18-23.
Music Ministry Christmas Greenery Sale

Through a relationship with Cline Church Nursery, a Christmas tree farm that has been in business for over 30 years, JCPC is able to make the finest trees, wreaths and garland available to you. You are invited to support the Music Ministry at JCPC by ordering these items and having them delivered FRESH from the mountains of North Carolina! We have never had a tree/wreath delivered that was less than
perfect!

You will be able to pick-up your items on Saturday, December 3 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
