Sunday Worship Service

Join JCPC members and friends this Sunday for our traditional service of worship. The sermon this week is titled, 'My Hometown' and will draw upon scripture from 2 Corinthians and Mark. Please note that childcare will not be available during the summer months.

The Law--From Exodus throught Matthew

Our July study will be a 4-week class on Matthew Chapters 5-7 led by Barton McMillan, a guest of ours and close friend of Pastor George. The series begins with a discussion of The Law, citing the 10 commandments in both Exodus and Deuteronomy, and various aspects of Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. The following 3 weeks will be discussion around how Jesus redefined the Law based on Matthew chapters 5, 6, & 7. Attendees will try to discern the meaning of each reading for their lives.
