Troops 2000B & 2000G
JCPC charters Troop 2000B and 2000G; our Troops are Youth Led, with meetings and activities planned by scouts with adult leadership guidance. Our 132 registered scouts in 2000B and 2000G meet each Monday evening at 7:30 p.m. For contact information, calendar of events, etc., visit the Troop 2000 website. Troop 2000 reflects JCPC’s Give, Go, Live! mission by focusing on Youth and Service! Troop 2000G was well represented by our first two female Eagle Scouts earning this accomplishment in 2021!

Cub Scout Pack 1000
Pack 1000 is going strong and welcomed scouts joining from another pack with a registration of 47 scouts! Each month we met at Shakerag Park by the lake to do “Advancement Sunday” where we hand out advancements and allow the Scouts to discuss their activities to earn one of their advancements.
We have continued to perform community service with road cleanups, “Hands on Shakerag” and JCPC spreading mulch for the preschool. We conducted Pinewood Derby, participated in the Johns Creek Founders Day parade, and had multiple camping events.
Thank you to everyone who supports scouting and the experiences that scouts have that is unique to Scouting. Pack 1000 thanks the membership of the Johns Creek Presbyterian Church for its support of Scouting since 1999 as it works to deliver a great scouting program to instill the values of the Scout Oath and Law to the next generation.
