Giving of our time, our talents and our treasures is something we joyfully do in response to God’s love for each of us, and we are blessed at JCPC to have so many members who are willing to be joyful givers throughout the year.
Financial support from JCPC members provides funding for operational expenses at our church as well as funding support for all JCPC ministries and missions. In addition, we also sponsor fund-raising activities, such as our annual Missions Golf Classic and the “Pumpkin Patch”, to provide additional support for important initiatives like international mission trips and our music ministry.
Our congregation has established a goal to commit a minimum of 10% of the JCPC operating funds to missional activity each year. This funding support enhances the designated gifts for outreach activity that we receive from members of the congregation and the community. As a result, JCPC has been able to sponsor a number of local missions, create a “Good Samaritan Fund”, and partially underwrite the cost of annual mission trips for adults and youth.
