We meet together to thank the Lord for what He has done and is doing in the lives of so many. We also lift up those in need of the Lord's healing hands. The prayer team is sent an email each week with the deletions, additions and changes of our praise and prayer requests.

Knit Wits

The group is composed of adult women, but open to all who may be interested, who meet weekly to knit/crochet prayer shawls. These prayerfully crafted shawls are given to those in need of comfort. We meet all year round.

We read a variety of books, have lively discussions and share our love of books. For example, we recently discussed "The Book of Lost Names" which is a historical fiction book.  We have also read "The Vacationers".

Our group uses RightNow Media, an internet resource, to study the Bible and apply its lessons to our Christian life journey. We are currently studying the Book of Romans until our Summer break. Our group then breaks for the summer and resumes in the fall.
